About Dr. Ashna C Paulose
Dr. Ashna C Paulose is part of Actymed’s Ayurvedic Aesthetics & Dermatology team, and also serves as the In-Patient (IP) in-charge for the Panchakarma department at our Thodupuzha clinic, overseeing patient care throughout inpatient admissions. She is an Ayurvedic physician specializing in Panchakarma, with a passion for holistic and patient-centered healthcare. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Aswini Ayurveda Medical College, Tumkur, followed by her MD (Ayu) in Panchakarma from JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysore.
She has extensive clinical experience in classical Panchakarma procedures. In addition to her postgraduate training, Dr. Ashna has completed a Diploma in Cosmetology, enabling her to provide Ayurvedic care for various skin and hair disorders.
She believes in educating patients about their health and developing treatment plans that promote long-term wellness and improve quality of life. Dr. Ashna is committed to delivering compassionate, ethical, and comprehensive care to every patient.
